Myanmar ,ASEAN CHARTER and 2010 ( summary )

After 2 years ASEAN charter ratified any gathering more than 5 people
in Myanmar still illegal and can be jailed .Nearly 31 new parties',
which are preparing to join coming 2010 election, But some press event
have not allowed for those parties .my story pointed out about
violation fundamental human right, freedom of expression and ASEAN
charter strategic deficit in Myanmar.
In story how new young Burmese politician see on ASEAN charter. Some
paragraphs explain History of ASEAN charter and some elaborate about
ASEAN countries which most are ruling one party system and apart from
the charter.
I also put some comments from Dr Anish Kumar Roy, ASEC office about
what he views on ASEAN charter and Why Myanmar is against the charter,
What ASEAN is doing and Why ASEAN is silence.
Nay myo wai, new young Burmese politician (peace and Difference Party)
said other members need to follow the ASEAN charter instead of saying
about Myanmar. That is in the middle of the story.

ASEAN.
